What clients say

Sasja guided me through a turbulent time, both professionally and personally. She is an honest mirror and an enormous support. What makes her unique is the way she listens and probes; she combines the spiritual effortlessly with a very concrete and business-like approach. I have experienced how she breaks patterns with warmth, but also with the required sharpness. She makes me feel truly seen.

Seven years ago I came to Sasja at a moment when I needed clarity and overview. Although we only had three conversations at the time, the impact was so great that I have recommended her to countless women in my network ever since. Sasja has the unique gift of getting to the core in a short time. She speaks the language of the workplace, but never loses sight of the human side. A mentor who stays with you for the rest of your career.

In my leadership role I kept running into stubborn patterns. Sasja acts as a strategic sounding board who asks exactly the right questions. Her coaching is a combination of deep reflection and business-like pragmatism. When the pressure rises I return for a 'catch-up' to zoom out and take back control. Thanks to her I stand more firmly in my shoes and have been able to realise my ambitions, including my Master's. It is an investment in mental capital that repays itself many times over.

After a difficult period Sasja helped me turn the chaos in my head into action. She does not feel like a standard coach or psychologist; she stands beside you and understands the pressure we students and young people deal with. Together we organised the evening at the Amstelkerk, where she also guided my family in sharing our story. Sasja is honest and straightforward, but above all she gives you the confidence that you can take back control. If you are stuck, she is the person who gets you moving again.

During my studies I went through a difficult period in which I often felt invisible. Sasja was the person who truly saw me. She was an indispensable support at a time when I was struggling mentally. She looks beyond the surface and offers exactly the resilience you need to move forward again. Her sincere support and mentorship made a real difference back then; without her my time as a student would have looked very different. To this day I am grateful to her for her strength and empathy.

Young adults at the Amstelkerk

In November 2024 I organised, together with a student, an event on mental health among young men (18-25). The goal: to lower the threshold for help and break the taboo. The result: a full Amstelkerk with young people, parents and professionals. The initiative was picked up by ZOZ Amsterdam Zuid.
